Our Story
For more than a decade, EBK Events and Marketing Services has produced curated experiences for founders, executives, public leaders, and organizations across New York City. What began as a small entrepreneurial venture grew into a company trusted to design rooms where relationships, ideas, and opportunities move forward.
Over the years, one pattern became clear. Many of the people building remarkable businesses were also carrying the constant pressure of leadership—long hours, high expectations, and little space to reset. Success was visible. Sustainability was often overlooked.
That realization shaped how we began thinking about the environments we create for our clients.
ASCEND was born from that perspective. It brings together founders, executives, and high-performing professionals in a curated setting to explore leadership, wellness, and sustainable performance. The goal is simple: create a room where ambitious people can reconnect with clarity, strengthen meaningful relationships, and continue building at a high level without sacrificing the foundation that supports their success.
ASCEND is a natural extension of EBK’s work—designing thoughtful spaces where leaders can gather, exchange ideas, and move forward with purpose.
